Shiva Cement closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Shiva Cement Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares will be closed for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in accordance with the company's code of conduct and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
