LT Foods subsidiary acquires 40.75% stake in Leev.nu B.V., gaining company control

LT Foods Limited said a subsidiary, Nature Bio Foods B.V., Netherlands, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire an additional 40.75% stake in Leev.nu B.V., Netherlands, increasing its shareholding from 30.00% to 70.75% and gaining control of the company, which has a turnover of EUR 6 million and is valued at EUR 1.735 million.
