Kellton Tech Solutions halts trading for insiders pending Q3 2026 results

Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd. will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and circulars issued by the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, both dated April 2, 2019.
