Cambridge Technology appoints S B C & Co. as auditors for five years

Cambridge Technology Enterprises Limited announced that members approved the appointment of S B C & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its statutory auditors for a five-year term, effective from the conclusion of the company’s 27th Annual General Meeting on September 29, 2026, until the conclusion of the 32nd AGM. The appointment follows the completion of tenure of B R A N D LLP & Co., Chartered Accountants.
