KIFS Financial Services Limited announced that its shareholders approved a final dividend of Rs 1.55 per equity share, equivalent to a 15.50% payout, on a paid-up equity share capital of 1,08,18,000 shares for the fiscal year 2025-26, at the company’s 31st annual general meeting held on September 29, 2026.
