Apollo Tyres secures Rs 500 crore in Non-Convertible Debentures via private placement

Apollo Tyres Ltd. announced that its Committee of Directors-NCDs has allotted Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on a Private Placement basis aggregating to Rs 500 crores. The secured, listed, rated, and redeemable NCDs, with a coupon rate of 7.81% per annum, were allotted on September 30, 2026, and will mature on September 28, 2029, and will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE).
