KIFS Financial Services shareholders re-elected Vimal Khandwala as director at their AGM

KIFS Financial Services Limited announced that members approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vimal Parmanand Khandwala, executive director, as a director liable to retire by rotation at the company’s 31st annual general meeting held on Tuesday, September 29, 2026. Mr. Khandwala, aged approximately 55 years, has been a director since January 25, 2021, and is the brother of Mr. Rajesh Parmanand Khandwala.
