Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, ZNShine Solarworld Private Limited, has received a purchase order from a leading domestic renewable energy player for the supply of 96,000 units of G12R 625 Wp solar panels. The order, received on September 29, 2026, carries a basic value of Rs 75.00 crore and a total value of Rs 78.75 crore, including 5% IGST, with a unit price of Rs 7,812.50, and is expected to be executed as per the terms outlined in the purchase order. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
Trading volume totaled 2.15 lakh shares today, a decrease of 22.87% from the one-week average. Solarworld Energy Solutions Ltd. tanked by 58.66% year-over-year, underperforming the 7.79% loss registered by the NIFTY50 index.
