Pritika Auto Industries appoints Ajay Kumar as director, reappoints two independent directors

Pritika Auto Industries Limited announced that Ajay Kumar was appointed as a director at its 46th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, while Aman Tandon and Kritika Goyal were reappointed as Independent Directors for second consecutive terms of five years, effective November 8, 2026, and April 23, 2027, respectively.
