Themis Medicare Limited announced that its 56th Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at its registered office in Vapi, Gujarat, with Dr. Dinesh S. Patel chairing the proceedings, and included the consideration and adoption of the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Rajneesh Anand as a director, and a dividend declaration, alongside special business items including the ratification of the Cost Auditor’s remuneration and an amendment to the Articles of Association.
