RRP Electronics India Limited to halt share trading ahead of financial results release

RRP Electronics India Limited, formerly known as The Indian Link Chain Manufacturers Limited, will close its trading window for equity shares from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, reopening 48 hours after the declaration and submission of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, to the BSE Limited; the date of the board meeting for consideration and approval of the results will be announced separately.
