Foods Limited, will close its trading window for securities trading by designated persons, including insiders, from Thursday, October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
