Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited announced the appointment of Dr. D Karthikeyan, IAS (DIN: 02259481), as an Additional Director and Chairperson of the Board, effective September 30, 2026, with approval to be obtained from members in compliance with Regulation 17(1)(c) of the Listing Regulations; Dr. Karthikeyan is the principal Secretary/Chairman and Managing Director of Tamilnadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited (TIDCO), a promoter of the company.
