Prima Innovation Limited informed the BSE on September 30, 2026, that its Board of Directors approved shifting the company's registered office from “Survey No. 85/1 -2, 86/1, Daman Industrial Estate, Kadaiya, Daman, Dadra & Nagar Haveli and Daman & Diu – 396210” to “98/7, Prima House, Daman Industrial Estate, Kadaiya, Nani Daman, Daman (U.T.) – 396210”, effective October 1, 2026.
