Leela Palaces Hotels & Resorts Limited will close its trading window for share transactions starting October 1, 2026, and continuing until 48 hours after the release of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
