Mahamaya Lifesciences reshuffles leadership, naming Krishnamurthy Ganesan as Chairman

Mahamaya Lifesciences Limited announced changes to its management, effective November 1, 2026, including the re-designation of Krishnamurthy Ganesan from Managing Director to Chairman and the re-designation of Prashant Krishnamurthy as Managing Director. The company also approved the regularization and appointment of Dr. Bhagirath Choudhary as Independent Director for a three-year term starting August 25, 2026, and the re-appointment of both Dr. Gopal Krishna Raju and Dr. Charudatta Digambar Mayee as Independent Directors for second three-year terms beginning December 11, 2026.
