Lehar Footwears closes securities trading window ahead of financial results release

Lehar Footwears Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Relatives from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
