Izmo Limited promoter Tej Soni acquires nearly 10% stake via gift transfer

Tej Soni, a person belonging to the Promoter Group of Izmo Limited, acquired 14,96,257 equity shares, representing 9.99% of the company's paid-up capital, through inter se transfers from promoters Mrs. Kiran Soni and Mrs. Shashi Soni on September 28, 2026, as a gift, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. The acquisition was made without financial consideration, and Soni is an immediate relative of a promoter as defined under SEBI regulations.
