Dinanath Soni acquired 7,48,128 equity shares, representing 4.99% of Izmo Limited’s paid-up capital, through an off-market inter se transfer as a gift from Mrs. Shashi Soni on September 29, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. Soni, who is part of the Promoter Group and an immediate relative of a promoter, received the shares as a gift without financial consideration, following a previous disclosure on September 11, 2026, and subsequent intimation on September 24, 2026. Mrs. Shashi Soni’s shareholding in Izmo Limited decreased from 14.77% to 9.77% as a result of the transfer.
