Motilal Oswal Financial Services secures Rs 900 crore through a private placement of senior bonds

Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited announced that its Finance Committee approved the allotment of 90,000 fully paid, secured, rated, redeemable, listed, senior bonds in the nature of non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating to Rs 900 crore. The debentures, issued through a private placement, are proposed to be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and will mature on October 25, 2029.
