Divi's Laboratories closes securities trading window ahead of financial results declaration

Divi’s Laboratories Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and the BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed from October 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026.
