Delton Cables shareholders re-elected Abhishek Poddar as Independent Director for five years

Delton Cables Limited announced that shareholders at its 61st Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Abhishek Poddar as an Independent Director for a second term of five consecutive years, effective September 2, 2027, up to September 1, 2032, or the conclusion of the AGM in 2032, whichever occurs first.
