The company dispatched notices and explanatory statements to shareholders and creditors on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, and has provided remote e-voting facility through NSDL, with a cut-off date of October 23, 2026, for equity shareholders and March 31, 2026, for secured and unsecured creditors.
