Ashapura Minechem Ltd. reported consolidated income from operations of Rs 5,237 crore and profit before tax and exceptional items of Rs 449 crore for the financial year 2025-2026, according to a summary of proceedings from its 45th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. The company’s bauxite exports from its Guinea operations increased to approximately 8 million tonnes, compared with approximately 3.5 million tonnes in the previous financial year, and the board recommended a 100% final dividend for the year. Chairman Chetan Shah announced his retirement as a director at the conclusion of the meeting but will continue in a new role as Chief – Strategy & Planning from October 1, 2026.
