Peoples Investments shareholders appoint Brajesh Palsaniya as Non-Executive Director

Peoples Investments Limited informed the BSE Limited that shareholders approved the appointment of Brajesh Palsaniya as a Non-Executive Director at the company's Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026. Palsaniya, who was previously appointed as an Additional Director on August 11, 2026, is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience in strategic finance, including a key role at Suzlon Energy Ltd. where he masterminded a Rs 20,000 crore Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) roadmap.
