Jagsonpal Services to acquire Elanistech’s software platform and assets for Rs 10 crore

Jagsonpal Services Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of software platform, assets, brands, intellectual property, human resources, and related resources from Elanistech Private Limited, a related party, for a total lump-sum purchase consideration of Rs 10,00,00,000, with the transaction expected to be completed within three months, subject to member approval. Elanistech Private Limited, incorporated in Karnataka on August 21, 2026, is engaged in developing software related to financial services and electronic payments, and has a net worth of Rs 50.80 lacs and nil turnover as of March 31, 2026.
