Ashapura Minechem appoints Manan Shah as Whole Time Director for Business Development

Ashapura Minechem Ltd. announced that its board of directors has co-opted Mr. Manan Shah as an Additional Director and designated him as Whole Time Director – Business Development for a period of 5 years, effective October 1, 2026, subject to member approval; Mr. Shah is the son of company promoter Mr. Chetan Shah and brother of Director Ms. Himani Shah.
