Kusum Electrical Industries closes securities trading window ahead of quarterly results

Kusum Electrical Industries Ltd. informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the trading window for its securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the public announcement of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
