K. V. Toys India Limited to halt securities trading ahead of financial results release

K. V. TOYS INDIA LIMITED will close its trading window for securities starting October 1, 2026, and continuing until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company’s code of conduct, Karan Narang, Managing Director, stated in a filing to the BSE Ltd.
