Ganesh Benzoplast sells liquid storage and rail logistics businesses for Rs 1,154 crore

Ganesh Benzoplast Limited announced it will sell its liquid storage tank business at JNPT, Cochin and Goa terminals, and its rail logistics business at Daund, to Cisternina Logistics Private Limited and ILSL Rail Logistics Private Limited, respectively, for a total consideration of Rs 1,154 crore. The sale, which requires shareholder approval, involves an entity owned by funds and vehicles managed and advised by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) investing in Cisternina Logistics Private Limited.
