Britannia Industries Limited announced the appointment of N. Venkataraman as Deputy Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026, while also redesignating him from Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Simultaneously, the company appointed Ramamurthy Jayaraman as Chief Financial Officer, also effective October 1, 2026. Venkataraman will be responsible for finance, strategy, legal, secretarial, and IT functions, working alongside Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Rakshit Hargave, while Jayaraman will head the entire finance function.
