GMR Airports completes share allotment to Aeroports de Paris subsidiary, finalizing a merger

GMR Airports Limited announced the allotment of 10,20,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to GMR Infra Services Private Limited, a subsidiary of Aeroports de Paris S.A., following the conversion of 25,50,000 Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares of Rs. 40/- each, as part of a composite scheme of amalgamation and arrangement that became effective July 25, 2024.
