L&T Finance Limited has allotted 52 subordinated, unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 10,00,000 each on a private placement basis, totaling Rs 52,00,00,000, to identified investors on September 29, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The debentures, listed on the Negotiated Trade Reporting Platform, have a coupon rate of 8.20% p.a., an original tenor of 3653 days, and a maturity date of July 1, 2036.
