Mold-Tek Packaging closes trading window for insiders ahead of September 2026 results

Mold-Tek Packaging Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that the trading window for its securities will be closed for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, with the date of the board meeting to consider and approve the results to be announced later.
