Orient Green Power Company Limited will close its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives starting October 1, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, until 48 hours after the publication of the company’s unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting to consider the results will be announced later.
