SAR Auto Products shareholders approved expanding business scope at the September 28 meeting

SAR Auto Products Limited informed the BSE Limited that its shareholders approved an alteration in the company's Memorandum of Association at the 39th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, and declared on September 29, 2026, which includes the addition of a clause to carry on the business of designing, developing, and manufacturing precision engineering components for automotive, defence, aerospace, and other engineering applications, and the adoption of a new Memorandum of Association in consonance with the Table A of the Schedule I of the Companies Act, 2013.
