SAR Auto Products Limited informed the BSE Limited that members at the company's 39th Annual General Meeting approved the regularization and appointment of Mr. Harsh Mukeshbhai Raidya (DIN: 11803235) as an Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years from August 3, 2026, to August 2, 2031, following his prior appointment as an Additional Independent Director on August 3, 2026.
