Genesys International Corporation Limited will close its trading window for securities dealings from October 1, 2026, as per the company’s code of conduct under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
