Belding India Limited, formerly known as Synthiko Foils Limited, will close its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
