Zinema Media restricts insider trading ahead of September 2026 financial results release

Zinema Media & Entertainment Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
