Gaekwar Mills Limited will close its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and other insiders from October 1, 2026, 5:00 P.M. onwards, until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results for the second quarter ending September 30, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
