GOLD LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that its members approved the appointment of M/s SS Lunkad and Associates Practicing Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31, at its 9th Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026.
