TruCap Finance Limited’s board approved allotment of 900,000 equity shares under ESOP plan

TruCap Finance Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 900,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to eligible option holders under the Dhanvarsha ESOP Plan – 2018, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 29, 2026. The allotment increased the company's paid-up equity share capital from Rs 23,77,23,742 comprising 11,88,61,871 shares to Rs 23,95,23,742 comprising 11,97,61,871 shares, and the newly allotted shares will rank pari-passu with existing shares.
