Repco Home Finance Limited announced that its members approved the appointment of Mrs. Aparna Sudip Kumar (DIN 07667316) as Non-Executive & Independent Director for a period of 2 consecutive years from August 11, 2026, to August 10, 2028, and Mr. Bakthavatsalu Kannan (DIN 11885253), General Manager of Repco Bank, as Whole time Director, effective from August 24, 2026, or the duration of his deputation from Repco Bank.
