SIMANDHAR IMPEX LIMITED announced changes to its board of directors, approved at its 3rd Annual General Meeting on September 28, 2026, and effective June 30, 2026. Gaurav Patel and Manish Tarachand Pandey were both promoted to Non-Executive Independent Director roles, each with a five-year term ending June 29, 2031. The company also appointed Chandraprakash Wadhwani as Non-Executive Director and Chairperson, and Neha Hardeep Singh Narang as Non-Executive Independent Director. Wadhwani, a promoter of the company, brings experience in business development and strategic leadership, while Narang specializes in human resources and business operations. All newly appointed directors are confirmed to not be debarred from holding a director’s position and are not related to other board members.
