Rajagopal & Badri Narayanan, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 003024S), as Joint Statutory Auditor for a term of three consecutive years at the 26th Annual General Meeting held on September 29, 2026, in compliance with Reserve Bank of India guidelines due to the company's asset size exceeding Rs 15,000 crore as of March 31, 2026.
