Infomedia Press closes trading window for insiders pending financial results release

Infomedia Press Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in securities of the company by designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will end 48 hours after the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026, become generally available, as per the company’s code under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
