Shyamkamal Investments Limited will close its trading window for directors, promoters, designated persons, and insiders from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the publication of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India regulations and company policy.
