Motisons Jewellers Limited will close its trading window for dealings in company securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of its unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
