Aarti Drugs will halt trading ahead of financial results declaration in late September

Aarti Drugs Limited will close its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the company said in a filing to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
